1. Free plan
The Free plan is available at no cost. There is nothing to refund for Free plan usage.
2. Pro plan — coming soon
The url2.at Pro plan ($10/month) is not yet available for purchase. When Pro launches, this policy will be updated with full refund terms before any payments are accepted.
3. Expected refund terms (Pro)
When Pro becomes available, the following refund terms will apply unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:
- 14-day money-back guarantee: you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied.
- Monthly subscriptions: after the 14-day window, the current billing period is non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals.
- Partial periods: we do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing period.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@url2.at with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy before or after Pro launches. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of a paid plan after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
