By accessing or using url2.at ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by the url2.at team.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- shorten URLs that link to illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content;
- use the Service to distribute spam or malware;
- attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures;
- use automated tools to create links in bulk without prior written permission;
- impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
We reserve the right to disable or delete any short link that violates these terms without notice.
3. Accounts
To access the dashboard and manage links, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@url2.at if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Free and Pro plans
The Free plan is provided at no charge and includes link creation and tracking up to 1,000 URLs per month. A Pro plan ($10/month, coming soon) will offer additional features including click metrics, API access, and a higher URL limit. Pricing and plan features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by url2.at and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the destination URLs you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and redirect your links.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, url2.at and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@url2.at.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the jurisdiction applicable to the url2.at team.
